1. General Terms By accessing or using flyozone.travel, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Ozone Travel and Tourism LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Bookings & Payments All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation. Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment and the issuance of an official confirmation voucher. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or in-person payment at our office.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Each tour or service may have its own specific cancellation terms; please review them carefully during booking. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days to 30 Days after deducting any applicable service or administrative charges. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, partially utilized services, or last-minute cancellations beyond the permitted period.

4. Travel Documents It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure possession of all required travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other necessary permits. Ozone Travel and Tourism LLC will not be held liable for denied boarding, immigration refusals, or any travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Visa Assistance Services Ozone Travel acts solely as a facilitator in visa application processes. The decision to approve or reject any visa application lies entirely with the respective immigration authorities. All visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

6. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is not included in our packages unless explicitly stated. Ozone Travel strongly recommends that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability Disclaimer Ozone Travel and Tourism LLC operates as a travel agent and shall not be held responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or tour operators. We reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any part of a service or itinerary due to weather conditions, operational issues, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Health & Safety Travellers must ensure they are medically fit for travel and comply with local health and safety requirements. This includes adherence to COVID-19 protocols or any other government-mandated health guidelines at the time of travel.

9. Intellectual Property All website content—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and design elements—on www.ozonetravel.com is the intellectual property of Ozone Travel and Tourism LLC. No part of the site may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from the company.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
